“I ate a lot of Carbs which are a killer to my diet but I am now motivated again to get the weight off and not to stay the same or put on weight again. When you feel you have done badly (like i do this week) you come in for your weekly meeting and you feel, ok it’s alright to slip but it’s not ok to feel guilty when you do. So you come out of your weekly meeting motivated again to do much better the next week.”

“Even though I had a good weight loss last week, I had set myself a very high goal and when I hadnt hit it I spent days punishing myself. I learnt over the week that i can do this on my own and I have to listen to my cd to make this week”

“I would say join you will feel so good when the weight starts to fall off and your confidence will be high“

“My baby was sick and I ended up in Temple Street Hospital with her for a day. I luckily packed my bag with Babybel Lite cheeses and some protein snacks which helped to keep me going and kept any hunger at bay.“
What would you suggest to somebody who was thinking about doing the Motivation Weight Management programme?
“I’d say go for it. The best reason for me was to address the reasons why I eat. Before this I was just dieting and it didn’t work. I also find I can really relate to the case studies in the book. The theories and tips from the CD are logical, make sense and motivate me too.”

“I was very tempted this week and had difficulty overcoming this. However I wasnt’ anywhere near as bad as I would have been before starting the programme and am very happy to have stayed the same.
